Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) — Qatar Islamic Bank SAQ , the Gulf state’s biggest lender complying with Muslim banking rules, hired HSBC Holdings Plc and Credit Suisse Group AG to sell Islamic bonds, two bankers familiar with the transaction said.
